Dr Alison Gee graduated from the University of Sydney in 1994, and obtained her Masters degree in Reproductive Health and Human Genetics in 1999. She undertook specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Sydney at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and was awarded the College Medal in the membership examination in 2000.

Alison is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and in 2006 achieved the specialist Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Alison’s sub specialist training was undertaken in Sydney at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital and Genea. Alison’s association with Genea began in 2002 during her fellowship training. Her research areas include birth outcomes associated with IVF and Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis.

Alison has a private fertility practice in the city. Alison is a Visiting Medical Officer at St Luke’s Private Hospital, and Honorary Medical Officer at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Alison’s practice focuses on infertility and reproductive disorders including male factor infertility, miscarriage management and preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
